CK6180 CNC Lathe Machine Automatic Lathe Machine
The CK6180 is a full-featured CNC normal precision lathe designed and engineered using advanced foreign technology. The design and controls are developed taking into account the requirements of ergonomics: it is convenient and easy to operate, easy to repair.
The heavy lathes of the CK series are designed for roughing and semi-finishing of large parts.
The technical characteristics and rigidity of the design of the machine bed, carriage, spindle of the machine make it possible to fully use the possibilities of working at high cutting speeds with the use of cutters made of high-speed steel or equipped with hard alloy inserts when machining parts made of ferrous, alloyed and non-ferrous metals.
On machines of this series, power turning and boring of cylindrical holes are performed.
Machine model CK6180x2000 is designed for high-speed, high-precision, semi-finishing and finishing machining of various types of shafts, discs, for boring holes, internal curved surfaces of a conical shape, threads, arcs, reamers.
Suitable for high-speed cutting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and machining of rotating parts.
