Model CK6140 is a full-featured CNC normal precision lathe designed and engineered with foreign advanced technology by ALHAAS CNC.

1.The surface of the guides is hardened by HDTV, which ensures their high hardness HRC 55-60 and resistance to wear and mechanical damage.
2.High-precision guides resistant to wear, which provides increased rigidity of the structure during processing.
3.The friction surfaces working in contact with the sliding guides are equipped with Teflon inserts with channels for the circulation of lubricant and are subject to manual scraping.
4.The central lubrication device, configured to supply oil to the lubrication channels between the guides and Teflon inserts, depending on the distance traveled, reduces oil consumption without compromising the life of the guides.
5.In the basic configuration, the machine spindles are equipped with bearings manufactured by NSK (Japan). That allows you to increase the speed up to 3000 min-1 to ensure high quality and accuracy of the machined surface.
