Two ALCK0640 CNC Lathes Wrapped and Packed for Shipment to Mexico

Two ALCK0640 slant-bed CNC lathes for our Mexican customer have finished assembly, commissioning and trial cutting at the ALLES CNC workshop, and are now ready in the export packing area. Both machines passed accuracy checks on spindle run-out, positioning and surface finish before release.

Each lathe is seated on a reinforced plywood pallet and bolted through the base so it cannot shift during transit. The control panel, chuck, tailstock and tooling accessories are wrapped and cushioned separately, and the guideways and precision surfaces are coated with anti-rust oil prior to sealing.

Packing follows our standard overseas export procedure: reinforced pallet base, steel strapping, waterproof wrapping and clear shipping marks. The lathes will be trucked to the port and shipped to Mexico, with full packing lists and documentation provided for customs clearance.
