ALCA6136 Manual Lathe Packed and Ready for Shipment to Mexico

An ALCA6136 manual lathe recently completed its final check at the Alles CNC workshop and has been packed for shipment to Mexico. Before packing, the machine was tested with power-on inspection covering spindle rotation, gear changes, feed movements and the electrical system.

For export packing, the lathe was first treated with anti-rust oil on all machined surfaces and guideways. The whole machine was then fixed on a heavy steel pallet, sealed with stretch wrap film against moisture and dust, and protected with wooden boards on the vulnerable corners.

The accessories, including chucks, tool posts, steady and follow rests and standard tooling, were packed separately in a wooden box, so the customer can find and check all items easily on arrival.

The finished package will be delivered to the port and loaded into a fumigation-free plywood case for sea freight to Mexico. With its 360 mm swing over bed and 1000 mm distance between centers, the ALCA6136 is an economical choice for general turning work in workshops and training centers.
