An ALCK6160×1000 flat-bed CNC lathe recently passed the final inspection at the Alles CNC workshop and is now ready for shipment to Chile. The machine was checked item by item before packing to make sure it reaches the customer in perfect condition.
Our engineers started with the turret: the servo turret was indexed through every station repeatedly, and the positioning repeatability of each station was recorded and confirmed. The clamping force of the chuck and the runout of the spindle were then measured, both well within specification.

The spindle and chuck assembly was inspected in detail, including the chuck jaw clamping, the spindle bearing temperature after a continuous run, and the lubrication and coolant systems. All items passed on the first round.

As the key acceptance item, a steel shaft was machined on the machine, covering turning and threading operations. The diameter, surface finish and thread profile of the finished shaft were measured and confirmed to be fully within tolerance.

Technical parameters of the ALCK6160×1000 CNC lathe:
| Item | Specification |
|---|---|
| Swing over bed | 600 mm |
| Distance between centers | 1000 mm |
| Chuck | 250 mm 3-jaw chuck |
| Spindle bore | 80 mm |
| Turret | Servo turret, 4/6 stations |
| Spindle motor | 11 kW |
After anti-rust treatment, the lathe will be fixed in a fumigation-free plywood case for sea freight to Chile. With its 600 mm swing over bed and 1000 mm distance between centers, the ALCK6160×1000 is a solid choice for shaft and disc parts.
