An ALVMC1270 vertical machining center recently completed the final inspection at the Alles CNC workshop and is now ready for shipment to Mexico. Before leaving the factory, the machine went through a full acceptance procedure to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
During the inspection, our engineers checked the machine item by item: spindle run-up at 6000 rpm with temperature and vibration monitoring, tool changer cycling, axis movement over the full travel, and geometric accuracy verification, including spindle runout, positioning and repeatability tests.

For this order the machine was equipped with a CNC rotary table and a tailstock on the worktable, so that shaft-type parts can be machined in one single setup. The fourth-axis indexing accuracy and the alignment between the rotary table and the tailstock were verified together during the acceptance.

As the final step of the acceptance, a standard test piece was machined on the machine. The finished surfaces and the measured dimensions were fully within tolerance, which confirmed both the geometry of the machine and its overall cutting performance.

Technical parameters of the ALVMC1270 vertical machining center:
| Item | Specification |
|---|---|
| Travel (X / Y / Z) | 1200 / 700 / 600 mm |
| Worktable | 1300 × 700 mm |
| Spindle | BT50, 6000 rpm |
| Positioning accuracy | 0.01 mm |
| Guide ways | Box guide ways on 3 axes |
After final anti-rust treatment, the machine will be wrapped in moisture-proof film and fixed in a fumigation-free plywood case for sea freight to Mexico. With its large travel and heavy-duty box guide ways, the ALVMC1270 is well suited to moulds, large parts and batch production. Alles CNC keeps improving its quality control to provide reliable machine tools for customers worldwide.
