Two ALVMC640 Vertical Machining Centers Pass Inspection for Shipment to Chile

Two ALVMC640 vertical machining centers recently completed the final inspection at the Alles CNC workshop and are now ready for shipment to Chile. Before leaving the factory, every unit goes through the same strict acceptance procedure to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.

During the inspection, our engineers carried out a full check on each machine: spindle run-up at 8000 rpm with temperature and vibration monitoring, tool changer cycling, axis movement over the full travel, and geometric accuracy verification including spindle runout, positioning and repeatability tests.

Both machines were then power-on tested side by side on the assembly floor. The customer ordered two identical units for a batch-production project, so the acceptance data of the two machines were compared to guarantee consistent performance before packing.

As the key item of the acceptance, a standard test piece was machined on each machine. The finished surfaces and measured dimensions were fully within tolerance, which confirmed both the machine geometry and the overall dynamic performance.

Technical parameters of the ALVMC640 vertical machining center:

ItemSpecification
Travel (X / Y / Z)640 / 400 / 500 mm
Worktable700 × 420 mm
SpindleBT40, 8000 rpm
Positioning accuracy0.008 mm
