ALCK6150×3000 CNC Lathe Completes Trial Run and Is Ready for Shipment to Russia

Alles CNC has completed the trial run and pre-shipment inspection of one ALCK6150×3000 CNC lathe ordered by a customer in Russia. After a full test of the machine's machining performance and geometric accuracy, the lathe has been accepted and is now being prepared for shipment.

The ALCK6150×3000 is a flat-bed CNC horizontal lathe with a 3000 mm distance between centers and a Φ500 mm swing over the bed. Equipped with a Φ250 mm three-jaw chuck, a four-station electric tool post and a full CNC control system, it performs external and internal turning, grooving, threading and taper turning, and is well suited to machining long shafts, rollers and pipe-type parts.

During the trial run our technicians loaded the machine with a test program and ran the complete machining cycle. Spindle rotation, gear range shifting, tool post indexing, the X and Z feed axes and all CNC parameters were checked; test workpieces were machined and measured; and key accuracy items — spindle runout, straightness of longitudinal movement, parallelism of the spindle center line with the bed guideways, and positioning accuracy of the X and Z axes — were confirmed to be within tolerance. The test records were then shared with the customer for confirmation.

After the trial run, the machine was cleaned and anti-rust protection was applied to the guideways and all machined surfaces. The lathe is being packed into a seaworthy export case together with its standard accessories and tool kit, ready for the long transport to Russia.
