ALVMC850 Vertical Machining Center Passes Trial Run and Is Ready for Shipment to Brazil

Recently, one ALVMC850 CNC vertical machining center from ALLES CNC successfully completed production, assembly and commissioning, and passed the trial run before delivery. The machine is now ready to be shipped from China to Brazil.

1. ALVMC850 Machining Center Completed Production and Assembly

The equipment included in this shipment is one ALVMC850 CNC vertical machining center. From the casting and machining of the main structural parts to final assembly, ALLES CNC strictly controls every stage of the production process. After complete assembly, the electrical system, lubrication system and CNC control system were wired and configured according to the technical requirements, so that the machine is ready for testing.

2. Trial Run and Performance Testing Before Delivery

Before shipment, the ALVMC850 underwent a comprehensive trial run to verify that every subsystem works together correctly and reliably. During the test, our technical team carefully checked:

• Spindle running — the spindle ran through its full speed range, with vibration, noise and temperature monitored to confirm smooth and stable operation.
• Tool changing — the automatic tool changer was tested repeatedly to verify the speed and reliability of each tool change.
• Axis movement — the X, Y and Z axes were tested for smooth movement, positioning accuracy and repeatability, and the rapid traverse performance was verified.
• Test cutting — a trial workpiece was machined to check the surface finish and dimensional accuracy under real cutting conditions.

4. Comprehensive Inspection and Export Packaging

After passing the trial run, the ALVMC850 entered the final inspection and export packaging stage. Our technical team checked the machine structure, spindle system, 3-axis feed system, automatic tool changer and CNC control system, and confirmed the key geometric accuracy parameters met the required factory standards.

Considering the long-distance transportation from China to Brazil, ALLES CNC carried out rust prevention, moisture protection, machine fixing and external protection according to the equipment specifications and transportation requirements. The machine was securely fixed inside a sturdy export wooden case to reduce the potential impact of vibration, collision and moisture during international transportation.

5. Ready for Shipment to Brazil

The ALVMC850 machining center has now fully passed the trial run and is ready to be shipped to the customer's factory in Brazil.
