In November 2025, ALLES CNC achieved another success – an ALCK6140X750 CNC lathe was successfully loaded and shipped to Colombia. This is another significant order successfully delivered following multiple equipment exports to South America, marking the continued expansion of the ALLES CNC brand's influence in the South American market.
The Colombian customer is a local metal processing company primarily engaged in the mass production of mechanical parts and engineering components, with extremely high requirements for the machining accuracy and stability of machine tools. After multiple rounds of technical communication, online machine inspection, and performance comparison, the customer ultimately selected the ALLES CNC ALCK6140X750 CNC lathe as its next-generation production equipment.
The ALCK6140X750 CNC lathe is one of ALLES CNC's classic medium-sized horizontal lathe series, widely applicable to industries such as automotive parts, machinery manufacturing, and energy equipment. This machine boasts the following key advantages:

Upon receiving the order from a Colombian customer, ALLES CNC's production department immediately initiated the plan. From casting machining, guideway scraping, spindle assembly to electrical debugging, every process was strictly executed according to the ISO9001 quality management system.
After assembly, the quality inspection department conducted a 24-hour continuous operation test, coordinate measuring machine inspection, and overall machine accuracy verification to ensure the equipment was in optimal condition before shipment. The customer also watched the machine's trial cutting process in real time via video link and highly praised the machining accuracy and appearance quality.
To ensure the equipment is protected from damage during long-distance sea transport, ALLES CNC strictly adheres to international export packaging standards during the shipping process.
Rust Prevention: Key parts of the machine are coated with rust-preventive oil and sealed with moisture-proof film.
Reinforced Protection: Thickened wooden crates with steel straps are used for fixation to ensure stability during transportation.
Container Loading: Handled by an experienced logistics team, the center of gravity is rationally distributed to ensure the machine is securely loaded.
The entire packaging process was monitored and photographed by quality inspectors on the day of shipment. The equipment was then shipped from Qingdao Port and is expected to arrive at a Colombian port in three weeks.
