ALCK6150X1000 passed the inspection and will be shipped to Colombia soon

Recently, in the assembly and commissioning workshop of ALLES CNC, a brand-new ALCK6150X1000 CNC lathe successfully completed a rigorous inspection process and is about to embark on its journey across the Pacific Ocean to Colombia in South America.

To ensure the equipment is delivered in optimal condition, the technical team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the ALCK6150X1000—from spindle accuracy and guideway straightness to CNC system response speed and cutting stability—each indicator was strictly adhered to international quality standards. During the test cutting process, the tool cut steel at high speed, resulting in a mirror-like surface and dimensional accuracy that fully met the customer's requirements.

The ALCK6150X1000 is renowned for its highly rigid bed structure, excellent cutting stability, and long-term precision retention, making it particularly suitable for mass-producing large parts and metals such as steel and stainless steel. This order from the Colombian customer was confirmed after multiple rounds of technical exchanges and sample testing, fully demonstrating their high confidence in the quality of ALLES CNC products. With the signing of the final acceptance report, the ALCK6150X1000 enters the packaging phase. Workers are currently installing reinforced wooden frames, moisture-proof membranes, and shock-absorbing protective layers to ensure its safety during the long sea voyage. In a few days, it will depart for the Colombian port and will soon be put into operation on the local machining line.

This is not just the export of a machine tool, but also another decisive step for Chinese manufacturing to enter the South American market. ALLES CNC will continue to provide efficient and precise machining solutions to global customers with its advanced technology and reliable quality.
